1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. How to Initiate a Return
