Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. HerbalMaart provides straightforward order cancellation before shipment.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order directly from your My Orders page at any time while the order status is Pending or Confirmed (prior to packing/dispatch).
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched from our dispensary and handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be modified or cancelled in transit. You may refuse delivery upon arrival at your doorstep, and a refund will be processed upon package return.
3. Refund on Cancellation
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full payment including any shipping charge is refunded immediately to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
