Yes, 100%. Every single formulation, single herb extract, and classical remedy listed on HerbalMaart is sourced directly from licensed, WHO-GMP certified manufacturers holding valid Ministry of AYUSH licenses. We never allow unauthorized third-party resellers.
How long does shipping take and is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours from our central Ayurvedic dispensary. Delivery across tier-1 cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) takes 2-4 business days. For the rest of India, delivery takes 4-7 business days. COD is available across 25,000+ pincodes in India.
What is the return and refund policy?
We offer an easy 7-day return policy for unopened products with tamper-evident seals intact, or items received in damaged condition. Once verified, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Do I need a prescription to purchase Ayurvedic medicines?
Over-the-counter (OTC) herbal wellness products, single-herb extracts, churna powders, and herbal teas do not require a prescription. Classical formulations and specialized Rasaushadhis should be consumed under the supervision of a registered Ayurvedic practitioner.
